Our clinic operates by appointment only.
We provide treatments tailored to the individual condition of each patient. Treatment times vary depending on the patient's physical condition and the details of the consultation, but we generally book appointments for 60 minutes for the first session, and 20-30 minutes for children and 30-40 minutes for adults from the second session onwards.
If you wish to change or cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or change your appointment after 24 hours for online consultations or 8:30 a.m. on the day of your appointment, a cancellation fee (100% of the treatment fee) will be charged.
If you repeatedly cancel without permission, cancel at the last minute, or change your reservation on the day, we may refuse to provide treatment.
If you arrive 10 minutes late for your reservation, it will be cancelled on the day.
Cancellations and changes can be made by registering and logging in to the online reservation system.
