If you change or cancel your reservation after 8:30 on the day of your reservation, a cancellation fee (100% of the treatment fee) will be charged. Please contact us in case of sudden illness. If you cancel without permission or repeatedly cancel on the day of your reservation, we may refuse your reservation.
